Combi, system or regular?
Each home is different. Combi boilers suit smaller homes with one bathroom; system boilers with a hot-water cylinder suit busier homes with multiple bathrooms; regular (heat-only) boilers are typically retained where there’s an existing tank-and-cylinder set-up. We’ll size it correctly during the survey, not on the call.
