Vaillant loft install
New Vaillant system boiler in a Maidstone loft. Copper pipework, magnetic filter, zone valves — registered on the customer’s behalf.
Vaillant combi — full refit
New Vaillant combi installed as part of a full kitchen refit. Copper pipework brought in tidily behind the boiler.
Loft plant room
Full pressurised system in a loft — expansion vessel, cylinder, circulation pump, insulated pipework. Made to be serviced easily.
Labelled pipework run
Insulated hot and cold runs with labelled isolation valves so the next engineer — or the homeowner — can find every stopcock.
Living-room radiator upgrade
Old panel rads replaced with two designer column rads — matte black, freshly-plastered walls. Owner used the property throughout.
Bedroom radiator install
Horizontal anthracite column radiator sized to fit under the bay window — part of a full heating upgrade.
Ensuite refit — navy & stone
Navy wall-hung vanity, round LED mirror, wall-hung WC, matte-black brassware. Recessed shelving in the walk-in.
Master ensuite — freestanding tub
Freestanding tub, walk-in shower with recessed niche, sculptural chrome towel radiator. Beige tiles kept the palette calm.
Patterned tile refit
Monochrome patterned floor and shower tiles, oak-effect vanity, natural stone vessel basin, LED mirror, black towel rail.
Family bathroom — matte black
Bath with black overhead shower and thermostatic valve, wall-hung vanity + basin, WC integrated into the run.
Compact refit — mosaic accent
Grey stone-effect tiles with a turquoise mosaic accent strip, bath with hand-shower, chrome towel radiator, wall-hung basin.
Detail — column radiator
Designer horizontal column radiator installed on freshly-painted walls. Chrome valves, tight fit against the plinth.

New Vaillant in a loft
Old boiler was end-of-life and tucked into a low-headroom loft. Replaced with a new Vaillant, copper pipework re-run tidily, magnetic filter fitted, zone valves labelled. Registered for the manufacturer warranty on the customer’s behalf.
Freestanding tub & walk-in shower
Full rip-out to retile. Freestanding tub added, separate walk-in shower with a recessed niche, sculptural chrome towel radiator. Beige stone tiles kept the palette calm. One crew end-to-end.
Labelled & insulated pipework
Every hot and cold run insulated, every isolation valve labelled with a permanent tag. Not everyone photographs the pipework — but it’s exactly the detail the next engineer, or a rushed homeowner, will thank you for.
